Sil Supports provides disability supports in line with our NDIS registration, participant needs, worker capability, service availability and service agreements.
Our approved registration scope includes a range of support categories such as personal activities, community participation, skills development, transport assistance, daily tasks, household tasks, supported employment-related supports, therapeutic supports, community nursing care and high intensity daily personal activities.
We currently provide supports in Metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia. Services outside this area may be considered based on participant needs, suitability, risk, staffing capacity and operational readiness.
Supports may include:
Assistance with Daily Living
Support with personal activities, routines, daily tasks and practical support needs.
Community Participation
Support to access the community, participate in activities, build confidence and work towards personal goals.
Skills Development
Support to develop daily living skills, independence, routines and practical capabilities.
Transport and Travel Assistance
Support with travel and transport where this is appropriate, agreed and within the participant’s plan.
High Intensity Supports
Sil Supports is registered for certain high intensity support types, including complex bowel care, urinary catheter management, subcutaneous injections, complex wound management and severe dysphagia management. These supports are only delivered where appropriate workers, training, competency, clinical guidance and risk controls are in place.
Therapeutic and Nursing-Related Supports
Where applicable, therapeutic supports and community nursing care are provided within our approved scope, participant needs, professional requirements, worker qualifications and service capacity.
